Reporting Support Engineer

P2 Solutions Group is hiring a support engineer to join our customer troubleshooting reporting issues related to a large scale, data platform for a Fortune 100 technology company. The role will be managing incidents related to custom reports created with Power BI and delivered within web applications. The ability to triage Power BI and debug .Net code specific to, MVC and JavaScript combined with resolving support issues in writing are key.

This is a high visibility project at the front lines of helping win the cloud platform battle!

This project provides opportunity for skill growth with the latest big data platform tooling. Work is located onsite in Redmond, WA. Due to the interview process, we are seeking candidates that are local to the Pacific Northwest market and available to work on a managed service project for greater than one year.


Tier 1 & 2 Support Engineering

Support for Azure built applications and/or Power BI

Ability to read and triage code in, MVC, JavaScript and C# desired

Professional writing skills to articulate incident resolution

Cosmos a plus!
